I’m a Biomedical Engineer committed to creating positive change in the world through human centered design, particularly in the health sector. From a very early age I’ve been a maker; be it building weekend projects at Home Depot or fixing our household devices when they break, I was working with my hands. Combining my passion for engineering with my strong interest in improving the state of human health, biomedical engineering was a perfect fit.
I’ve worked in the medical device sector for nearly 3 years as a co-op while continuing my studies, and that experience has confirmed that this is the right path for me. I also enjoy tackling fun …and often weird projects outside of classes that can solve everyday issues (see below for examples haha). I’m committed to furthering my knowledge and contributing to meaningful improvements in human health through any and all means avaliable to me.
